Judith Parrish is a Toronto-based professional makeup artist and hairdresser.

Since completing the hair design program at Dal Mar College in 2002, Judith has continued her professional development, pursuing a number of advanced technical courses over the years. She is a highly skilled and consummate professional in the beauty industry, with expertise in all aspects of makeup, hairstyling, hair extensions, cuts, colours and updos.

Her assignments have included working on makeup and hair styling for studio photo shoots, bridal transformations and fashion shows. She works with commercial and fashion photographers, beauty corporations, runway shows, commercial producers, models and actors. Her stylings have been published in numerous fashion, beauty and art magazines.

In addition to her other talents, Judith has been a fashion and commercial model herself for more than two decades. She takes pride in using her experience to support models with their careers, by coaching them in modelling workshops covering topics like building a portfolio and runway walk techniques.

As well as being a top practitioner of her craft, Judith also loves to share her expertise. As one of Toronto’s top hair extension specialists, she educates hairstylists for Great Lengths Canada. And through her YouTube channel, she offers tutorials on numerous beauty industry topics. Her channel is non-sponsored; it’s just her way to support her clients and guests and help them look good and feel confident in their hair and makeup goals.

What’s next for Judith? She has thought about opening a beauty school where hair and makeup artists can advance their skills. She is also interested in becoming an adviser to beauty corporations. Whatever comes next, Judith remains dedicated to the beauty industry and to promoting the highest standards.
